  Went into this store and wow was the store manager Jenn, RUDE!!!
  You work at a gas station and yes people should tidy up after themselves but they dont, that's part of your job. As Jenn went over to clean up the slushie area she very loudly proclaimed "people are too stupid to put cups and lids back and just throw them all over the floor", my husband stood there suprised (we didn't get a slushie), then went to clean out the hot cocoa overflow tray and loudly proclaimed again "people this ISN'T a drain". While my husband and I stood in line she came over to the 2nd register and said "can I help who's next in line, anyone?! Next in line?! Then proceeds to throw her hands up in the air as the young lady next quickly went to her. Then my husband and I were next, she quickly rang us up and said "next...next!". We left and was shocked at her behaviour especially when we saw her tag said Store Manager.
  We realize people have bad days, but you control yourself at your place of work. Maybe she feels that she is store manager so it doesn't matter but she needs to take a step back. Extremely rude!

  ALERT TO DOG OWNERS......I walked into this business on a trip from orlando to Tampa. I let the girl at front aware I have a service dog with paperwork etc known as I walked in she said ok sir. I was not leaving dog in car from hot weather. He is a service dog from my service for this country. Just did not have his vest on os it was to hot.
  7/11 worker Kim decided to nake a big scene and hell about me getting a soda and paying for gas while bringing service dog in.
  Obvious Kim has dislikes about dogs or herself and does not understand the law. Stay away from this establishment and go across street if u can. She helled at me 3 times to the point 2 vets in line ,also told her to shut up. Very disrespectful women and obvioisly angry with personal issues.
